Family Providers Accident Insurance (FPAI)

• Formerly known as Accident Savers Advantage Program (ASAP)

• Acceptable age are as follows:

  • Individual

    • 18 - 65 years old

• Occupation acceptable for this product are as follows:

  • Duties with No Manual Works – Mostly Office Duties

  • Duties with No Manual Works – Office duties with occasional field works (Travelling, Inspecting or Surveying)

Hospital Cash Benefit Insurance (HCBI)

• Formerly known as Hospital Cash Protection Plan (HCPP)

• Acceptable age are as follows:

  • Single

    • 18 - 65 years old

  • Married

    • Principal and Spouse

      • 18 - 65 years old

    • Unmarried & Unemployed Children (Max. of 4 Children)

      • 1 - 23 years old only

• Occupation acceptable for this product are as follows:

  • Duties with No Manual Works – Mostly Office Duties

  • Duties with No Manual Works – Office duties with occasional field works (Travelling, Inspecting or Surveying)

  • Non-office duties with occasional light manual work - Work using Light Machinery

  • Duties with light to heavy manual work - Skilled or Semi-Skilled Workers

Cancellation & Refund of Policies must be notified to the company at least three (3) working days prior to policy inception/effectivity. No cancellation shall be accepted once policy has started coverage/ incepted and No taxes shall be refunded.
